Who We Supply

Specialist Clinicians. Credentialed and Ready.

We recruit and credential experienced healthcare professionals who specialise in community-based and urgent care services. Every clinician we supply has been selected for their specialist knowledge and proven NHS experience.

General Practitioners (GPs)

We supply experienced GPs who support community clinics, urgent care, and integrated care pathways. All GPs are comfortable working across diverse community settings and hold full GMC registration.

Advanced Clinical Practitioners (ACPs)

Highly skilled ACPs with autonomous clinical decision-making capabilities across community and urgent care settings. Every ACP we supply can lead clinical assessments independently from day one.

Radiographers

Qualified radiographers supporting diagnostic services within community and mobile healthcare settings. The professionals we supply are experienced with portable and fixed imaging equipment.

Registered Nurses

We supply community nurses, virtual ward specialists, palliative care nurses, and rapid response clinicians with proven NHS experience. This is our largest and most diverse professional group.

Occupational Therapists (OTs)

The OTs we supply support rehabilitation, discharge planning, and community-based recovery programmes. All are skilled in assessing functional needs and enabling independence.

Physiotherapists

We supply community physiotherapists with proven experience in home-based rehabilitation, discharge planning, and mobility support programmes. All physiotherapists hold HCPC registration and specialist community experience.

Our Approach

Community-Based Care Specialists

Every professional we supply understands that community-based care requires a different skillset. By working within patients' homes and local environments, the clinicians we place ensure treatment is practical, relevant, and tailored to each person's living situation—helping patients maintain independence and improve quality of life.

Our community-based approach focuses on:

  • Rehabilitation at home following injury, surgery, or hospital discharge
  • Mobility and balance training to reduce the risk of falls
  • Pain management and functional improvement in everyday settings
  • Support for long-term conditions such as arthritis, neurological disorders, and respiratory conditions
  • Education and advice for patients, families, and carers
  • Clinical assessment and monitoring in home environments
  • Medication management and support in community settings
  • Coordination with multidisciplinary teams and social care
